Swollen Red Hot Painful Elbow

according Melanie

Cold Barcelona this February makes me want to soups, especially the Aztec soup cooked recently by my neighbor Melanie.

Ingredients: 12 corn tortillas

5 tomatoes 1 onion, peeled
3 cloves garlic

1.5 liters of water or chicken broth 1 sprig of parsley

pasilla chiles 4
1 avocado, diced 1 cup
cheese (preferably Oaxacan or Manchego Tierno) cubed
Salt, pepper
Corn oil (or sunflower)

Sauté garlic, onion, peeled tomatoes and pasilla chilies. Mix and strain through a chinois. Add a quart and a half of broth (or water for a vegetarian recipe). Cook 15 minutes.
Fry the corn tortillas cut into strips in corn oil. Mop up the oil with kitchen paper. Put into bowls
tortillas, cubes of lawyers and cheese cubes and pour the soup over it.
This would, it seems, the entry péférée President Obama. Aim ... Who Cares
Not Melanie.
