While cooking, Jason is preparing a very rare black tea sent by his mother in Hong Kong. Yunnan Chitsu Pingcha, also called Yuancha is a fermented tea and cake in a hurry. Jason breaks a piece of cake for brewing. He cast the first infusion, delivers water, and pour into cups nectar intense flavor, and texture similar to that of coffee.
Ingredients for 4: 1
Chinese cabbage
1 pork tenderloin cut into pieces 1 onion
fresh snow peas 1 handful cilantro
Fry the pieces of tenderloin in a wok until that 'they are golden brown on each side. Book. Cut vegetables into julienne strips.
