For 32 madeleines
220 g flour 180 g sugar 100 g butter
4 eggs 1 teaspoon yeast
a madeleine pan
In a bowl, beat the egg and sugar . Add flour, baking powder, then melted butter.
Butter the pan. Remove the dough to the brim of each shell plump for madeleines. Bake in hot oven 5 to 10 minutes, to watch.
